    The double room we stayed in was big size and huge with awesome view. The breakfast served was gorgeous with beverages and the hot meals, for example. The most important was the staff - VERY, VERY NICE and friendly people.

    I thoroughly enjoyed lovely breakfast, magnificent views.

    The location was good and perfect for walking around Iglesia del Carmen. Very, very nice staff, enjoyed the new-fashioned room I booked.

    Location is centrak

    I booked a deluxe room for 2. However, when I came the receptionist was rude and: - Told me that I have to pay extra for the second person - Gave me a lower standard room. I had to fight with the front desk the next day Also, check-in takes a long time due to not enough front office staff. Design is poor - looks like a hospital

    Lovely and well priced place with welcoming staff and favourable location near metro station. Exceptionally comfortable bed, modern room with a magnificent view of the bay. Excellent food at breakfast served in the bar. A great service and free and gorgeous breakfast.

    The premium room was modern with a comfy bed and a nice shower. The hotel is located close to the center. Plus, the staff service was excellent, especially during breakfast.

    Central location in the city

    A lot of noise from the street - they are building the metro in Panama city and the work will take place until 2014. As the hotel is right by the central avenue, all rooms have to suffer a lot of noise, day and night (they work 24h a day on it)

    Favourable location with magnificent view of the bay. Downtown area, 500 feet to Iglesia del Carmen metro stop. Quick check-in and late check-out, parking onsite...

    That the hotel management is not correct!!!! They offer good prices but they put you an the street side where the Metro construction seems te be built. 24/7 hours working!!!! When I came in the room the airco was heavily working, no problem, when I can back in and shut the airco the noise of the drilling came.... Finally during the full night... Also a lot of screaming and load speaking persons from a wedding... This all makes sleeping impossible. When I complained and ask for the manager... Nobody... Finallly they put 10% of the bill.... But they all seems to know the problems... But no warning on the web... I suggest to avoid this type of hotels, you can not trust them.

    We really enjoyed the large pool area, a great spot for our five kids to splash around and have fun. The breakfast, while basic, was decent and kept us fueled for our daily adventures exploring the city.

    In my wife's opinion, the air conditioning was too cold for the kids, and adjusting it would have made our stay much more comfortable.
